Return Policy
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you a notification in Akshar milk application.
After return in case of damage, the request is analyzed and accepted, and reversal of payment through the mode of payment will be initiated.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
Wallet or original method of payment.
Refund Request Process
Submit a video of you opening the pack you purchased for the first time within 48 hours of delivery.
On receiving confirmation of the return package through mail or a contact number from our end, you
can ship the package to the delivery boy.
After receiving your returned box, the refund process starts in an application wallet.
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
- first check your application wallet & bank account again.
- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order place through an application, and the customer want to cancel the order, customer must do
cancellation request before 5 pm In a same day of placing order.
Cancellation before dispatch will be accepted if mail is sent to a2aksharmilk@gmail.com or contact
on 7043089111.
Payment Terms
Customers can do an in wallet through PayTm, GPay, Bharatpay, Cheque, NEFT, Cash & Direct in
application wallet.
Customers can also do an advance payment through above mentioned payment methods.
